Breakfast in the Cellar Vaults

We serve an extensive and typical Swedish-style breakfast buffet in the cellar vaults of the Castle. Included on the buffet are home-baked breads, various comestibles such as cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts, curdled milks, cereals, juices, fresh fruits, ProViva fruit shots, boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles (self-made a la minute), creams, jams, marmalades, coffees and various tea blends.
 
   

The environment in the cellar vaults, more or less untouched since the 1640's, is truly unique and original. When the weather allows, we open up the doors toward the Castle Terrace.
 
We are happy to serve your breakfast in the room for a fee. Our room-serviced breakfasts are generously portioned, however hot dishes are excluded.
