The Castle's Traditional Grand Christmas Smörgåsbord

The Castle's Traditional Grand Christmas Smörgåsbord is only served from end of November until shortly before Christmas.

Join friends, relatives and colleagues for our traditional and magnificent Christmas Smörgåsbord (Christmas buffet). Experience something truly extraordinary. Relax and enjoy our delicious Christmas dishes in front of the fire place. We prepare ourselves meticulously to give you and your friends a fond and memorable experience of flavors, scents and personal service.
 
For several weeks, the Matron of the Castle has decorated the Castle to create the right atmosphere of Christmas.
 
Open the heavy castle doors and hang up your coats in the wardrobe. Thereafter you will be offered a glass of traditional and warming glögg.
 

                   

Now, at last, it's time for the Christmas Smörgåsbord. As the tradition goes, one starts with the fish and seafood buffet, then continues with the cold cut buffet with hams, sausages, pâtés, and more, and thereafter enjoys the hot buffet.   

                               

Then it is time to enter into the Castle’s cellar vaults, where an amazing and unforgettable sweet and dessert buffet awaits.
