Modern and bright conference rooms

There are PC projectors, whiteboards, flip charts, DVD and VHS players and wireless internet access in all of our conference rooms. The larger conference rooms also have pre-installed audio and PA systems. There are notepads and pencils on each desk. We also have 12 break-out rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 12 persons. All conference rooms and break-out rooms have natural influx of daylight as well as hardwood floors, the latter for the convenience of allergists.

There is also a larger conference room at the horse race-track, just 1500 meters (1 mile) from the Castle. It seats 500 persons in theatre seating. In addition, we also have access to Mälardalen University's Auditorium downtown Eskilstuna.

We have a total of 12 break-out rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 12 persons. The Keeper's House is a separate building with a conference room and 4 break-out rooms. The Keeper's House is particularly suitable for groups that prefer exclusive access to an entire and separate building.

The break-out rooms listed below are all situated in the Hotel building and they all have fixed boardroom style seating. There are whiteboards, flip charts, wireline and wireless internet, notepads and pencils in each room. The break-out rooms can also be used as conference rooms. In those cases, they will of course be equipped with PC projectors upon your request. Their seating capacities are:
