Food and beverages - well, it is crucial to get that combination right. Just ask Maria Johansson, one of our sommeliers. A few years ago, when she had just graduated as Sommelier Culinary Arts and Meal Science from Grythyttan Academy, Maria won a scholarship for a wine tour in the U.S. due to her skills in combining food and beverage.
