Toward the late hours and after a long and festive night one can easily get hungry, again. We offer several night foods after midnight:
 
Castle's Grand Night Food Buffet: Three kinds of herring, potatoes, egg halves, roast beef, potato salad, Jansson's temptation, meatballs, eggs with creamed mushrooms, bread, butter, and brie cheese.

Swedish Hash with fried eggs, red beets, bread, butter and cheese.
SEK 235 per person.
 
Jansson's Temptation with Swedish crisp bread, butter and cheese.
SEK 205 per person.
 
Cheese Tray with three kinds of cheese, crackers, marmalade and olives.
SEK 165 per person.
 
Classic Shrimp Sandwich with eggs and mayonnaise.
SEK 175 per person.
 
Tray of Charcuteries with an assortment of three sausages, air-dried ham and accompaniments.
SEK 185 per person.

Hot Dog on a bun (two per person), ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, and dried minced onions.
SEK 65 per person.
 
Snacks: Chips, nuts (nuts can be replaced with e.g. cheese straws).
SEK 35 per person.
 
All prices include Swedish sales tax. Minimum of 20 persons.
